After so many years working with employee benefits we know the phrase “we have seen it all” doesn’t pertain to our field. We combine our experience in the employee benefits field with a history of working together as a team to provide a high level of client satisfaction.
Over 70% of our staff worked together in this field prior to the founding of DHE. With no turnover of the original staff members that helped found DHE and very little turnover of our “new” staff members, our clients and their employees can be confident that they will have the same people handling their plan year after year. There is no need to re-live the plan’s history with a new person.
INDEPENDENT
As an independent privately owned company we do not have any conflicts of interest with any of our vendors. All commissions and fees are fully disclosed. Our clients know the true cost of their employee benefit plans with DHE.
CUSTOMIZATION
Each member of our team of dedicated professionals works closely with our clients to achieve their goals and objectives while allowing for each client’s unique needs and requirements for today and in the future. We have no cookie cutter plans at DHE. We customize each plan to meet our clients’ needs and budget. While change may be a dirty word to some, it is a reality in the employee benefit field. So, when a client decides to make a change to their plan, we will assist in that process, and be ready to handle them administratively.
PERSONAL ATTENTION
We pride ourselves on our customer service. The person who posts an employer contribution or the claims processor who adjudicates a claim will be the person that the client or employee will talk with if they have a problem or question. From the start of any telephone inquiry the caller will speak with a person; they are not met with a computerized phone system that will require pressing a number to get to a menu of options that do not apply. Our receptionist will direct the caller to the appropriate person to respond to their inquiry. We feel this speeds up the customer service experience by getting the caller to the individual who is best suited to respond and/or resolve any issues that exist.
TECHNOLOGY
Our systems provide the flexibility to customize a plan that meets your needs today and in the future. We maintain an in-house programming team that allows us the ability to offer new services, customized reports and changes to plan designs quicker than our competitors who have to rely on their system vendors schedule and be subject to their high costs.
Our staff is responsible for maintaining all our internal systems from hardware and software installation and replacements, system security and daily full system backups with off-site storage. In addition we have a disaster recovery plan that would allow us to be back in operation within 24-48 hours. We want to be sure that, regardless of the circumstances, we will be able to continue providing the same level of service that our clients expect from us.
